Greek Momo Recipe (그릭 복숭아 레시피)



Ingredients; Peaches 370g, Greek Yogurt 2s, Granola 30g, Honey, Apple mint

1. Wash the peach with a running water
2. Make a cut in the middle so that you can take out the seed of peaches
3. Take out the seed using a spoon and tweezer
4.  Fill the inside with a greek yogurt
5. Cover them with a plastic wrap and put them inside a fridge for 30 minutes. 
6. Peel off the skin and place them on a granola
7. Sprinkle a honey and put an apple mint on it. 
8. Slice them into a pieces

3 recipes using corn: corn cheese, addictive corn bar and fried corn with a Chinese yam (초당옥수수를 활용한 콘치즈, 마약옥수수 그리고 옥수수 튀김)

 

Corn cheese(콘치즈)

Ingredients: butter 10g, red paprika 70g, crab meat 100g, onion 90g, mozzarella cheese 210g, corn 160g, mayonnaise 7s, condensed milk 1s, parsley,

1. Chop red paprika, crab meat and onion up

2. Put 1, mozzarella cheese, corn mayonnaise and condensed milk into a bowl and mix them altogether

3. Put 2 in a buttered skillet and sprinkle 140g of mozzarella cheese. 

4. Cover 3 with a paper foil and fry them for 4 minutes and 30 seconds in a medium heat 

5. Remove the paper foil and sprinkle a parsley on it


Fried corn (옥수수 튀김)

Ingredients: corn 160g, Chinese yam 150g, flour 90g, corn starch 10g, water 2/3 cup, oil 500ml, paper towel, salt

1. Chop Chinese yam up 

2. Put corn, sliced Chinese yam, flour, corn starch and water into a bowl and mix them altogether

3. Plunge them in a preheated oil 

4. Fry them for 2 minutes in a medium high heat

5. Place them on a paper towel to remove an oil 

6. Sprinkle a pinch of salt


Addictive corn bar (마약옥수수)

Ingredients: butter 10g, corn 1, micro torch, paprika powder, Parmesan powder, parsley powder

1. Butter the pan 

2. Grill the corn with a skewer for 5 minutes

3. Burn the outside using a torch

4. Sprinkle paprika powder, Parmesan powder and parsley powder

Korean Side Dishes using cucumber, seaweed and burdock( 미역줄기볶음, 우엉조림 오이무..




Seasoned Cucumber (오이무침)
Ingredients: cucumber 400g, onion 110g, chili powder 2s, sesame 1ts, salt 1ts, vinegar 2s, red pepper paste 1s, oligosaccharide 3s
1. Slice cucumber and onion 
2. Put 1 in a bowl and add chili powder, sesame, salt, vinegar, red pepper paste and oligosaccharide
3. Mix them altogether using hands


Stir fried seaweed (미역줄기 볶음)
Ingredients: oil 1s, salted seaweed 300g, garlic 1s, carrot 40g, onion 110g, cooking wine 2s, sugar 1s, sesame oil 1ts, sesame 1ts
1. Wash salted seaweed with a running water for 3 times. 
2. Slice them into several parts
3. Put 1 table spoon of oil in a pan and stir them with a garlic, carrot and onion in a medium heat for 2 minutes and 30 seconds
4. Put a trimmed seaweed, cooking wine and sugar and stir them for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
5. Turn off the heat and add a sesame oil and sesame and mix them altogether


Burdock boiled down in a soy sauce (우엉조림)
Ingredients: burdock 160g, oil 1s, wild sesame oil 1s, garlic 1ts, soy sauce 1.5s, starch syrup 1s, black sugar 1s, water 1/2 cup, sesame 1ts, sesame oil 1ts 
1. Slice the burdock into a bite size
2. Stir sliced burdock in a medium heat with a oil and wild sesame oil for 1 minute
3. Stir 2 for 1 more minute and pour half cup of water
4. Simmer 3 for 8 minutes in a medium heat.
5. Put sesame and sesame oil and mix them altogether

Sweet Laver Roll (감태김밥)



Ingredients: pickled radish 220g, sweet laver(gamtae) 28g, cucumber 85g, salmon 350g, red paprika 110g, orange paprika 110g, steamed rice 350g,  sesame oil 1ts, salt 1/2ts, plastic wrap, cream cheese 200g

1. Slice cucumber and paprika into a stripe. 
2. Slice salmon. 
3. Put a sesame oil and salt in a steamed rice and mix them altogether. 
4. Place two layers of sweet laver on an even surface.
5. Put a quarter of seasoned steamed rice on sweet laver. Spread them evenly using a hand.
6. Place sliced cucumber paprika, salmon, pickled radish and cream cheese on 5. 
7. Roll everything up using a hand and gently press them. 
8. Wrap them using a plastic wrap. 
9. Slice them using a knife.
10. Remove a plastic wrap on a kimbap and place them on a dish

Young radish kimchi (열무김치 레시피) | yeolmu guksu (열무김치국수) | yeolmu kimchi ...



[Young radish kimchi (열무김치)]
ingredients: Young radish 1.7kg, water 6 and 1/2 cups, salt 2 cups, steamed potato 350g, winter cabbage 950g, onion 320g, asian pear 230g, red chilies 230g, green chilies 30g, scallion 120g, garlic 4s, ginger 1s, chili powder 3s, sugar 1s, fish sauce(kkanari) 4s

1. Trim down the root of young radish cut them into a three parts
2. Wash the sliced young radish with running water for three times
3. Dissolve 1 cup of salt in a 4 cups of water
4. Put a sliced young radish into salt water for 2 hours and flip them for every 1 hour
5. Trim down the root of winter cabbage and cut them into three parts
6. Wash the sliced winter cabbage with a running water for three times
7. Dissolve 1/2 cup of salt in a 2 cups of water
8. Put a sliced winter cabbage into a salt water for 2 hours and flip them for every 1 hour
9. After 2 hours wash winter cabbage and young radish with a running water for 1 time
10. Put half cup of water and 200g of red chilies into a food processor and grind them
11. Put a steamed potato, 160g of onion, asian pear, garlic, ginger, chili powder, sugar and fish sauce into a food processor and grind them. 
12. Put 11 into a large bowl with 160g of sliced onion, scallion, 30g of red chilies, 30g of green chilies and pickled young radish and winter cabbage.
13. Mix 12 altogether
14. Put 13 in a air tight container in a room temperature for a day and put them inside a fridge


[yeolmu guksu (열무김치국수)]
ingredients: red pepper paste 1.5s, sugar 2s, vinegar 1s, sesame oil 1/2ts, sesame 1/2ts, boiled egg 1/2, young radish kimchi, noodle 100g

1. Put red pepper paste, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil and sesame in a bowl and mix them altogether
2. Put a noodle, boiled egg and young radish kimchi in a bowl with a sauce 1.
3. Mix them altogether


[yeolmu kimchi bibimbap (열무김치비빔밥)]
ingredients: young radish kimchi, red pepper paste 1s, sesame oil 1ts, steamed barley, sunny side-up

Put a steamed barley, young radish kimchi, red pepper paste, sesame oil, sunny side-up in a bowl and mix them altogether

BTS Butter and Jangjorim butter bibimbap(장조림 버터비빔밥) | Braised Beef with ...



Ingredients: round of beef 450g, garlic 40g, onion 180g, pepper 1ts, ginger 10g, cooking wine 2s, water 5 cup, soy sauce 1 cup, sugar 2s, oligosaccharide 2s, pickled radish 60g, egg 2, milk 1s, sesame 1s, steamed rice, butter 20g

1. Put round of beef, garlic, onion, pepper, ginger and cooking wine into a 4 cups of boiling water.
2. Boil 1 for 30 minutes in a medium heat
3. Drain them and cool down beef for 20 minutes in a room temperature. 
4.  Tear beef out or slice them into a thin stripes.
5. Put 1 cup of water and 1 cup of soy sauce into a stock that we have made at 3.
6. Boil 5 in a medium heat.
7. When 6 starts boiling, put a sliced beef, sugar and oligosaccharide. 
8. Let them simmer in a medium heat for 5 minutes. 
9. Turn off the heat and sprinkle a sesame. 
10. Crash two eggs and put 1 spoon of milk inside. 
11. Whisk 10 until everything's combined
12. Oil the skillet and cook 11 for 1 minute
13. Place a scrambled egg, beef, pickled radish on a steamed rice. 
14. Pour two spoons of beef stock
15. Place a butter on top.
16. Mix everything up

How to Make Rice Cake Dumpling Soup in 10 minutes (떡만두국)

 


Ingredients: frozen dumpling 160g, water 4 cups, kelp 3g, garlic 1ts, soy sauce 1ts, salt 1/4ts, rice cake 270g, spring onion 80g, egg 1

1. Oil the tripod and put a frozen dumpling inside. 

2. Steam 1 for 15 minutes.

3. Put 3g of kelp in 4 cups of water. 

4. Boil 3 for 15 minutes in medium heat.

5. Take kelps out of 4

6. Put garlic, soy sauce and salt inside.

7. Wash rice cake with a running water

8. Put a rice cake and steamed dumpling inside and boil this in a medium heat for 2 minutes

9. Put a sliced spring onion inside and simmer this one more minute.

10. Crash one egg and whisk them

11. Put 10 inside a pot and turn off the heat right away.

Braised Tofu(두부조림) | The BEST vegan recipe



Ingredients: tofu 340g, oil 1s, soy sauce 2+1/2s, water 5s, garlic 1ts, chili powder 1ts, spring onion 60g, oligo saccharide 1s, carrot 40g

1. Slice the tofu into 6-8 pieces
2. Oil the skillet and fry tofu for 3 minutes on each side in medium high heat
3. Put three spoons of water, soy sauce, chili powder, garlic, oligo saccharide, spring onion and carrot into a bowl and mix them altogether. 
4. Put a tofu on a pot and place a sauce on it. 
5. Put two spoons of water on a pot and let them simmer in a medium heat for 5 minutes
6. Turn off the heat and let them settle by their own heat.

How to Make Rose Tteokbokki (로제떡볶이)



Ingredients: rice cake 160g, Chinese glass noodle 140g, bacon 70g, sausage 100g, quail egg 70g, milk 1/2 cup, fresh cream 1 cup, water 1/4 cup, soy sauce 2ts, chili powder 1s, curry powder 1ts, red pepper paste 2ts

1. Slice the bacon into a bite size and make a cut at the sausage.
2. Pour a hot water on it to remove any kinds of excess oil inside. After few minutes, strain them with a net.
3. Put a glass noodle inside a boiling water and let them simmer them for 5 minutes in a medium heat. 
4. Put a rice cake in a boiling water and let them simmer for 3 minutes.
5. Oil the skillet and fry the sausage and bacon for 4 minutes in a medium heat.
6. Pour a water, milk and fresh cream. Also, put a chili powder, curry powder, soy sauce and red pepper paste. Stir them very well until all the ingredients are combined. Boil this for 6 minutes in a medium heat
7. Put a rice cake, glass noodle and quail egg. Stir them for three more minutes.

[seasoned flat fish]
Ingredients: fishflat fish 240g, minari(water parsley) 100g, carrot 50g, onion 80g, sugar 4s, garlic 1s, vinegar 2s, red pepper paste 3s, pinch of sesame

1. Slice carrot, onion and minari into a same length
2. Mix sugar, garlic, vinegar and red pepper paste altogether
3. Put flat fish, sliced vegetable and sauce into a bowl and mix them using a hand. 
4. Sprinkle a sesame on top


[Minari beef loin roll]
Ingredients: minari 130g, beef loin 200g, vinegar 4ts, soy sauce 4ts, sugar 4ts, mustard 1ts

1. Slice the minari 
2. Place three layers of beef loin on cutting board
3. Put a handful amount of minari inside and roll them together
4. Roast them in a medium heat
5. Put vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and mustard into a bowl and mix them altogether
6. Dip a Minari beef loin roll into a sauce

How to make Korean Egg Roll in 3 ways!! (치즈계란말이, 명란계란말이, 새싹계란말이 레시피) | baby sprouts egg roll, cheese egg roll, salted pollack roe egg roll


Ingredients: 
[baby sprouts egg roll] baby sprouts 15g, eggs 4, cooking wine 1s, salt 1ts
[salted pollack roe egg roll] salted pollack roe 25g, eggs 4, cooking wine 1s, salt 1ts
[cheese egg roll] eggs 4, cooking wine 1s, salt 1ts, carrot 15g, red chillies 15g, bell pepper 15g, cheddar cheese 2 slices

[baby sprouts egg roll]
1. Crash 4 eggs and put a cooking wine and salt
2. Whisk them altogether and strain them
3. Oil the pan and pour 1/3 of its egg mixture in medium low heat
4. Place 10g of  baby sprouts on egg mixture
5. When egg is almost done, roll them to the edge
6. Pull them to your side 
7. Pour an 1/3 of its egg mixture and place a baby sprouts on it 
8. Roll the egg again and repeat that process
9. When egg roll is done, slice them and place a baby sprouts on top

[salted pollack roe egg roll]
1. Crash 4 eggs and put a cooking wine and salt
2. Whisk them altogether and strain them
3. Make a cut at salted pollack roe that take the roe out 
4. Oil the pan and pour 1/3 of its egg mixture in a medium low heat
5. Place a pollack roe on an egg mixture and roll them.
6. When you are done rolling egg, pull them to your side and pour 1/3 of egg mixture
7. Roll the egg again and repeat that process
8. When egg roll is done, slice them

[cheese egg roll]
1. Crash 4 eggs and put a cooking wine and salt
2. Whisk them altogether and strain them
3. Put a carrot, bell pepper and red chillies
4. Whisk them altogether
5. Oil the pan and pour 1/3 of its egg mixture in a medium low heat
6. Place a cheddar cheese on egg mixture and roll them
6. When you are done rolling egg, pull them to your side and pour 1/3 of egg mixture
7. Roll the egg again and repeat that process
8. When egg roll is done, slice them

Jerusalem Artichoke Kimchi Recipe (돼지감자 깍두기)






Ingredients: Jerusalem artichoke 1.2kg, salt 1ts, anchovy sauce 2s, salted shrimp 1s, sugar 1s, garlic 1s, chili powder 7s, scallion 80g, airtight container


1. Peel off the skin of Jerusalem artichoke
2. Cut them into a bite and transfer them to a bowl
3. Put a salt, anchovy sauce and salted shrimp and mix them altogether
4. Put a sugar, garlic, chili powder and mix them until everything's combined
5. Slice the scallion into 4 cm wide and mix them with a Jerusalem artichoke kimchi
6. Trasnfer them to a airtight container

Fried oyster with tartar sauce recipe

 


Ingredients: pickle 1s, green chilies 1s, onion 1s, mayonnaise 4s, lemon juice 1s, white radish 480g, water 1cup, oyster 200g, frying powder 100g, egg 3,  bread crumbles 100g, oil 2 cups


1. Put pickle, green chilies, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl and mix them altogether

2. Put one cup of water and white radish in a food processor and grind them

3. Put 2 and oyster in a bowl and toss them using a hand so that all the dirt will wash away

4. Wash 3 with a running water

5. Put a oyster on a frying powder and coated them 

6. Crash three eggs and whisk them altogether

7. Plunge coated oyster into a beaten egg

8.  Roll 7 down on a bread crumbles

9. Put a battered oyster in preheated oil 

10. Fry 9 for 4 minutes in a medium heat

Volcano Kimchi Fried Rice


 

Ingredients: kimchi 170g, egg 3, tuna 100g, oil 1.5s, onion 70g, chili powder 1s, steamed rice 130g, oyster sauce 1s, sesame oil 1ts, butter, mozzarella cheese 60g, sugar 1s, bowl

1. Slice 170g of kimchi using a scissor

2. Crash three eggs and whisk it altogether

3. Stain the tuna using a can

4. Put 1.5s of oil in a pan and chopped kimchi and 1s of sugar. Stir this for 4 minutes in a medium heat

5. Put a sliced onion and tuna and 1s of chili powder

6. Stir 5 for two more minutes

7. Put a 130g of steamed rice, 1s of oyster sauce and 1ts of sesame oil

8. Stir 7 for 3 more minutes and transfer them to a bowl

9. Put kimchi fried rice into a bowl and press it on a top

10. Place a bowl in the middle of skillet and turn them upside down

11. Make a crack on a kimchi fried rice

12. Butter the edges of pan

13. Pour a egg mixture around it

14. Sprinkle a mozzarella cheese on a kimchi fried rice mountain

15. Cover them with a lid or paper foil in a medium low heat for 5 minutes

What happened when we put rice cake into a waffle machine? Injeolmi Waff...



Ingredients: strawberry 50g, oil, brush, Injeolmi(rice cake) 60g, honey
(for 1 person)

1. Slice strawberry into thin slices.
2. Preheat the waffle machine for 4 minutes
3. Brush the oil on waffle machine
4. Put 60g of Injeolmi inside a waffle machine
5. Cook Injeolmi for 3 minutes
6. Take out baked injeolmi from a waffle machine 
7. Place a strawberry on 6
8. Sprinkle a honey

Chichi dak(Cheese Roast chicken) recipe | 치치닭 레시피

 

Ingredients: chicken 900g, butter 30g, ginger 55g, oil 3s, starch syrup 3s, sugar 4s, soy sauce 2s, peperoncino 2s, water 3 cups, spring onion 40g, garlic 35g, cabbage 520g, onion 70g, apple 330g, salt 1s+1/4ts, vinegar 1s, mayonnaise 5s, milk 50ml, 7 slices of cheddar

1. Remove the chicken neck and back bone with a scissor and also remove the end of wing and any excess oil attached to a chicken

2. Press the chicken to make it flatten

3. Put a butter between chicken breast and chicken skin

4. Grilled the chicken in a medium heat for 25 minutes with three spoons of oil

5. Add a 20g of ginger and grill chicken for 5 more minutes

6. Put chicken back bone, 40g of spring onion, 35g of garlic, 20g of ginger in three cups of water.

7. Simmer 6 for 20 minutes in a medium heat and strain them.

8. Put 3 spoons of starch syrup, 2 spoons of sugar, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of pepperoncino, 15g of ginger in 7

9. Simmer 8 for 20 minutes in a medium heat

10. Pour 9 on a grilled chicken

11. Put 7 slices of cheddar cheese in 50ml of milk.

12. Stir 11 in a low heat for 2 minutes

13. Pour 12 on a grilled chicken

14. Slice the cabbage, apple and onion

15. Put one spoon of salt, two spoons of sugar, one spoon of vinegar and 5 spoons of mayonnaise

16. Mix 15 altogether until everything's combined

Snow Crab Ramen

 


Ingredients: snow crab leg 130g, manila clam 50g, water 2 cups, ramen, spring onion 40g

1. Put a manila clam and one tea spoon of salt in two cups of water  

2. Cover 1 with a new paper and leave this for an hour and remove sediment

3. Trim a snow crab and separate legs and body

4. Put a manila clam and snow crab in 2 cups of water

5. Simmer 4 in a medium heat for 7 minutes

6. Put a ramen noddle and mix in 5 

7. Boil them in a medium heat for 4 minutes

8. Put 40g of spring onion and turn off the heat

Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe for WEIGHTLOSS!!! | vegan recipe (컬리플라워 볶음밥)

Ingredients (for 2 persons):
 
tofu 140g,  paper towel, heavy-weighted object, corn starch 2ts, salt 1/4ts, pepper 1/4ts, oil 1/4 cups and 2s, cauliflower 200g, red bell pepper 45g, orange bell pepper 30g, soy sauce 2ts, spring onion 30g


1. Place tofu on a paper towel and press them with a cutting board or heavy weighted object. 
2. Leave 1 for 30 minutes and squeeze moisture out of it. 
3. After 30 minutes, cut them into a bite size. 
4. Put corn starch, salt and pepper and tofu into a plastic bag. 
5. Shake them altogether. 
6. Fry the coated tofu in an oil for 5 minutes in a medium heat.
7. Place a fried tofu on a paper towel and remove excess oil.
8. Put 220g of cauliflower in a water for 30 minutes. 
9. Put cauliflower into a food processor and grind them as big as a rice.
10.  Slice red bell pepper and orange bell pepper into a bite size. 
11. Put a bell pepper into a pan and stir them for 3 minutes with 2 spoons of oil in a medium heat.
12.  Add 9 into a pan and stir them for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. 
13. Put a fried tofu in a pan and 2ts of soy sauce and stir them for 2 minutes
14. Add a sliced spring onion and stir them for one more minutes.

Army Base Stew Recipe | Budae Jjigae(부대찌개)



Ingredients:
for 4-5 person

6 cups of water, 3g of anchovy, 3g of kelp, soy sauce 2s, chili powder 1s, cooking wine 1s, sausage(big) 300g, spam 200g, kimchi 520g, bean sprouts 170g, sausage(small) 120g, spring onion 50g, onion 70g, oyster mushroom 100g, beech mushroom 80g, baked beans, 110g, slice of cheddar cheese, ramen noodle 1/2 

1. Place water in a stock pot. Add the anchovies and kelp.
2. Boil 1 for 20 minutes in a medium heat. 
3. Combine soy sauce, chili powder, cooking wine in a small bowl 
4. Spread kimchi at the bottom of stock pot 
5. Spread bean sprouts on kimchi 
6. Divide the pot into several parts and place sausage, onion, mushroom, spam, spring onion and baked beans
7. Pour a anchovy stock in a pot and chili sauce
8. Simmer them for 20 minutes in a medium heat
9. Add a half of ramen noodle and slice of cheddar in the middle
10. Boil this for 5 more minutes in a medium heat
