Snow Crab Ramen

 


Ingredients: snow crab leg 130g, manila clam 50g, water 2 cups, ramen, spring onion 40g

1. Put a manila clam and one tea spoon of salt in two cups of water  

2. Cover 1 with a new paper and leave this for an hour and remove sediment

3. Trim a snow crab and separate legs and body

4. Put a manila clam and snow crab in 2 cups of water

5. Simmer 4 in a medium heat for 7 minutes

6. Put a ramen noddle and mix in 5 

7. Boil them in a medium heat for 4 minutes

8. Put 40g of spring onion and turn off the heat
