Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe for WEIGHTLOSS!!! | vegan recipe (컬리플라워 볶음밥)

Ingredients (for 2 persons):
 
tofu 140g,  paper towel, heavy-weighted object, corn starch 2ts, salt 1/4ts, pepper 1/4ts, oil 1/4 cups and 2s, cauliflower 200g, red bell pepper 45g, orange bell pepper 30g, soy sauce 2ts, spring onion 30g


1. Place tofu on a paper towel and press them with a cutting board or heavy weighted object. 
2. Leave 1 for 30 minutes and squeeze moisture out of it. 
3. After 30 minutes, cut them into a bite size. 
4. Put corn starch, salt and pepper and tofu into a plastic bag. 
5. Shake them altogether. 
6. Fry the coated tofu in an oil for 5 minutes in a medium heat.
7. Place a fried tofu on a paper towel and remove excess oil.
8. Put 220g of cauliflower in a water for 30 minutes. 
9. Put cauliflower into a food processor and grind them as big as a rice.
10.  Slice red bell pepper and orange bell pepper into a bite size. 
11. Put a bell pepper into a pan and stir them for 3 minutes with 2 spoons of oil in a medium heat.
12.  Add 9 into a pan and stir them for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. 
13. Put a fried tofu in a pan and 2ts of soy sauce and stir them for 2 minutes
14. Add a sliced spring onion and stir them for one more minutes.
