How to Make Rose Tteokbokki (로제떡볶이)



Ingredients: rice cake 160g, Chinese glass noodle 140g, bacon 70g, sausage 100g, quail egg 70g, milk 1/2 cup, fresh cream 1 cup, water 1/4 cup, soy sauce 2ts, chili powder 1s, curry powder 1ts, red pepper paste 2ts

1. Slice the bacon into a bite size and make a cut at the sausage.
2. Pour a hot water on it to remove any kinds of excess oil inside. After few minutes, strain them with a net.
3. Put a glass noodle inside a boiling water and let them simmer them for 5 minutes in a medium heat. 
4. Put a rice cake in a boiling water and let them simmer for 3 minutes.
5. Oil the skillet and fry the sausage and bacon for 4 minutes in a medium heat.
6. Pour a water, milk and fresh cream. Also, put a chili powder, curry powder, soy sauce and red pepper paste. Stir them very well until all the ingredients are combined. Boil this for 6 minutes in a medium heat
7. Put a rice cake, glass noodle and quail egg. Stir them for three more minutes.
