Ingredients: tofu 340g, oil 1s, soy sauce 2+1/2s, water 5s, garlic 1ts, chili powder 1ts, spring onion 60g, oligo saccharide 1s, carrot 40g
1. Slice the tofu into 6-8 pieces
2. Oil the skillet and fry tofu for 3 minutes on each side in medium high heat
3. Put three spoons of water, soy sauce, chili powder, garlic, oligo saccharide, spring onion and carrot into a bowl and mix them altogether.
4. Put a tofu on a pot and place a sauce on it.
5. Put two spoons of water on a pot and let them simmer in a medium heat for 5 minutes
6. Turn off the heat and let them settle by their own heat.
