[seasoned flat fish]
Ingredients: fishflat fish 240g, minari(water parsley) 100g, carrot 50g, onion 80g, sugar 4s, garlic 1s, vinegar 2s, red pepper paste 3s, pinch of sesame
1. Slice carrot, onion and minari into a same length
2. Mix sugar, garlic, vinegar and red pepper paste altogether
3. Put flat fish, sliced vegetable and sauce into a bowl and mix them using a hand.
4. Sprinkle a sesame on top
[Minari beef loin roll]
Ingredients: minari 130g, beef loin 200g, vinegar 4ts, soy sauce 4ts, sugar 4ts, mustard 1ts
1. Slice the minari
2. Place three layers of beef loin on cutting board
3. Put a handful amount of minari inside and roll them together
4. Roast them in a medium heat
5. Put vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and mustard into a bowl and mix them altogether
6. Dip a Minari beef loin roll into a sauce
