How to Make Rice Cake Dumpling Soup in 10 minutes (떡만두국)

 


Ingredients: frozen dumpling 160g, water 4 cups, kelp 3g, garlic 1ts, soy sauce 1ts, salt 1/4ts, rice cake 270g, spring onion 80g, egg 1

1. Oil the tripod and put a frozen dumpling inside. 

2. Steam 1 for 15 minutes.

3. Put 3g of kelp in 4 cups of water. 

4. Boil 3 for 15 minutes in medium heat.

5. Take kelps out of 4

6. Put garlic, soy sauce and salt inside.

7. Wash rice cake with a running water

8. Put a rice cake and steamed dumpling inside and boil this in a medium heat for 2 minutes

9. Put a sliced spring onion inside and simmer this one more minute.

10. Crash one egg and whisk them

11. Put 10 inside a pot and turn off the heat right away.
