How to make Korean Egg Roll in 3 ways!! (치즈계란말이, 명란계란말이, 새싹계란말이 레시피) | baby sprouts egg roll, cheese egg roll, salted pollack roe egg roll


Ingredients: 
[baby sprouts egg roll] baby sprouts 15g, eggs 4, cooking wine 1s, salt 1ts
[salted pollack roe egg roll] salted pollack roe 25g, eggs 4, cooking wine 1s, salt 1ts
[cheese egg roll] eggs 4, cooking wine 1s, salt 1ts, carrot 15g, red chillies 15g, bell pepper 15g, cheddar cheese 2 slices

[baby sprouts egg roll]
1. Crash 4 eggs and put a cooking wine and salt
2. Whisk them altogether and strain them
3. Oil the pan and pour 1/3 of its egg mixture in medium low heat
4. Place 10g of  baby sprouts on egg mixture
5. When egg is almost done, roll them to the edge
6. Pull them to your side 
7. Pour an 1/3 of its egg mixture and place a baby sprouts on it 
8. Roll the egg again and repeat that process
9. When egg roll is done, slice them and place a baby sprouts on top

[salted pollack roe egg roll]
1. Crash 4 eggs and put a cooking wine and salt
2. Whisk them altogether and strain them
3. Make a cut at salted pollack roe that take the roe out 
4. Oil the pan and pour 1/3 of its egg mixture in a medium low heat
5. Place a pollack roe on an egg mixture and roll them.
6. When you are done rolling egg, pull them to your side and pour 1/3 of egg mixture
7. Roll the egg again and repeat that process
8. When egg roll is done, slice them

[cheese egg roll]
1. Crash 4 eggs and put a cooking wine and salt
2. Whisk them altogether and strain them
3. Put a carrot, bell pepper and red chillies
4. Whisk them altogether
5. Oil the pan and pour 1/3 of its egg mixture in a medium low heat
6. Place a cheddar cheese on egg mixture and roll them
6. When you are done rolling egg, pull them to your side and pour 1/3 of egg mixture
7. Roll the egg again and repeat that process
8. When egg roll is done, slice them

Jerusalem Artichoke Kimchi Recipe (돼지감자 깍두기)






Ingredients: Jerusalem artichoke 1.2kg, salt 1ts, anchovy sauce 2s, salted shrimp 1s, sugar 1s, garlic 1s, chili powder 7s, scallion 80g, airtight container


1. Peel off the skin of Jerusalem artichoke
2. Cut them into a bite and transfer them to a bowl
3. Put a salt, anchovy sauce and salted shrimp and mix them altogether
4. Put a sugar, garlic, chili powder and mix them until everything's combined
5. Slice the scallion into 4 cm wide and mix them with a Jerusalem artichoke kimchi
6. Trasnfer them to a airtight container

Fried oyster with tartar sauce recipe

 


Ingredients: pickle 1s, green chilies 1s, onion 1s, mayonnaise 4s, lemon juice 1s, white radish 480g, water 1cup, oyster 200g, frying powder 100g, egg 3,  bread crumbles 100g, oil 2 cups


1. Put pickle, green chilies, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl and mix them altogether

2. Put one cup of water and white radish in a food processor and grind them

3. Put 2 and oyster in a bowl and toss them using a hand so that all the dirt will wash away

4. Wash 3 with a running water

5. Put a oyster on a frying powder and coated them 

6. Crash three eggs and whisk them altogether

7. Plunge coated oyster into a beaten egg

8.  Roll 7 down on a bread crumbles

9. Put a battered oyster in preheated oil 

10. Fry 9 for 4 minutes in a medium heat

Volcano Kimchi Fried Rice


 

Ingredients: kimchi 170g, egg 3, tuna 100g, oil 1.5s, onion 70g, chili powder 1s, steamed rice 130g, oyster sauce 1s, sesame oil 1ts, butter, mozzarella cheese 60g, sugar 1s, bowl

1. Slice 170g of kimchi using a scissor

2. Crash three eggs and whisk it altogether

3. Stain the tuna using a can

4. Put 1.5s of oil in a pan and chopped kimchi and 1s of sugar. Stir this for 4 minutes in a medium heat

5. Put a sliced onion and tuna and 1s of chili powder

6. Stir 5 for two more minutes

7. Put a 130g of steamed rice, 1s of oyster sauce and 1ts of sesame oil

8. Stir 7 for 3 more minutes and transfer them to a bowl

9. Put kimchi fried rice into a bowl and press it on a top

10. Place a bowl in the middle of skillet and turn them upside down

11. Make a crack on a kimchi fried rice

12. Butter the edges of pan

13. Pour a egg mixture around it

14. Sprinkle a mozzarella cheese on a kimchi fried rice mountain

15. Cover them with a lid or paper foil in a medium low heat for 5 minutes

What happened when we put rice cake into a waffle machine? Injeolmi Waff...



Ingredients: strawberry 50g, oil, brush, Injeolmi(rice cake) 60g, honey
(for 1 person)

1. Slice strawberry into thin slices.
2. Preheat the waffle machine for 4 minutes
3. Brush the oil on waffle machine
4. Put 60g of Injeolmi inside a waffle machine
5. Cook Injeolmi for 3 minutes
6. Take out baked injeolmi from a waffle machine 
7. Place a strawberry on 6
8. Sprinkle a honey

Chichi dak(Cheese Roast chicken) recipe | 치치닭 레시피

 

Ingredients: chicken 900g, butter 30g, ginger 55g, oil 3s, starch syrup 3s, sugar 4s, soy sauce 2s, peperoncino 2s, water 3 cups, spring onion 40g, garlic 35g, cabbage 520g, onion 70g, apple 330g, salt 1s+1/4ts, vinegar 1s, mayonnaise 5s, milk 50ml, 7 slices of cheddar

1. Remove the chicken neck and back bone with a scissor and also remove the end of wing and any excess oil attached to a chicken

2. Press the chicken to make it flatten

3. Put a butter between chicken breast and chicken skin

4. Grilled the chicken in a medium heat for 25 minutes with three spoons of oil

5. Add a 20g of ginger and grill chicken for 5 more minutes

6. Put chicken back bone, 40g of spring onion, 35g of garlic, 20g of ginger in three cups of water.

7. Simmer 6 for 20 minutes in a medium heat and strain them.

8. Put 3 spoons of starch syrup, 2 spoons of sugar, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of pepperoncino, 15g of ginger in 7

9. Simmer 8 for 20 minutes in a medium heat

10. Pour 9 on a grilled chicken

11. Put 7 slices of cheddar cheese in 50ml of milk.

12. Stir 11 in a low heat for 2 minutes

13. Pour 12 on a grilled chicken

14. Slice the cabbage, apple and onion

15. Put one spoon of salt, two spoons of sugar, one spoon of vinegar and 5 spoons of mayonnaise

16. Mix 15 altogether until everything's combined
