Ingredients: round of beef 450g, garlic 40g, onion 180g, pepper 1ts, ginger 10g, cooking wine 2s, water 5 cup, soy sauce 1 cup, sugar 2s, oligosaccharide 2s, pickled radish 60g, egg 2, milk 1s, sesame 1s, steamed rice, butter 20g
1. Put round of beef, garlic, onion, pepper, ginger and cooking wine into a 4 cups of boiling water.
2. Boil 1 for 30 minutes in a medium heat
3. Drain them and cool down beef for 20 minutes in a room temperature.
4. Tear beef out or slice them into a thin stripes.
5. Put 1 cup of water and 1 cup of soy sauce into a stock that we have made at 3.
6. Boil 5 in a medium heat.
7. When 6 starts boiling, put a sliced beef, sugar and oligosaccharide.
8. Let them simmer in a medium heat for 5 minutes.
9. Turn off the heat and sprinkle a sesame.
10. Crash two eggs and put 1 spoon of milk inside.
11. Whisk 10 until everything's combined
12. Oil the skillet and cook 11 for 1 minute
13. Place a scrambled egg, beef, pickled radish on a steamed rice.
14. Pour two spoons of beef stock
15. Place a butter on top.
16. Mix everything up
